to Craft Your Ideal Aqua-Yoga Practice:

 

SIRENYOGA SONG - (MANDATORY*)

As safety is our #1 priority, we want to make sure that our clients are comfortable using our equipment, know how to practice safely underwater, and get a chance to breathe, pose, and listen to instruction under the water!

A Must for First-Time Clients. Get your tail wet! 

*FOR SAFETY, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND A MANDATORY 'INTRODUCTORY' CLASS, REGARDLESS OF SCUBA OR YOGA ABILITY.

 
 
 

SAFE HARBOR (YIN)

This class is calming, relaxing, grounding, but really works those body joints and aching muscles. Yoga props to aid clients in their practice may be utilized. Through the use of passive postures and the focus on the areas around the joints in the body, Yin yoga is an incredible way to maintain and increase flexibility. This method can be considered to be a slow-paced yoga style with postures which are held for an extended period of time.

Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels: If you want to get more flexible, feel zen, but still feel like you got a workout- this is the class for you!

 
 
 

SMOOTH SEAS (RESTORATIVE)

One of our favorite classes! Yoga props to aid clients in their practice may be utilized. The tremendous benefits of Restorative yoga to countless people of varying ability and age cannot be overemphasized, and this also includes people who tend to live a very fast-paced lifestyle and those who seek ways towards realizing inner peace.  We've created conditions for an enhanced conscious relaxation and notably the emanation of any habitual tension present in the mind and body. This class is calming, relaxing, and supportive-gift yourself this class at the end of the week for a full body restore!

Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels: Injured soul, body, or mind? Dive into this restorative class that activates your natural abilities to heal at your core.

 
 
 

BREATHE.DEEP. (MEDITATION & DEEP BREATHING)

This is our signature submerged meditation and deep breathing practice. Use this class as an opportunity to take breathing to your deepest depths and be completely in the moment- mindfulness is key! Embrace the watery realm around your body and mind, and relax into the exotic nature that breathing underwater allows you.

Great for all levels. Just bring your consciousness.

 
 
 

TAILS UP! (INVERTED)

Always wanted to try challenging inverted poses but were too afraid of falling over or hurting yourself? An underwater environment is primed for this practice because the buoyancy of water allows for low-impact trial & error, and most importantly, full body support!

Fun for all levels, and anyone who wants to either try out headstands and other challenging inverted poses, or deepen their practice in a new (forgiving) environment.

 
 
 

MER-YOUTH YOGA (SPECIALTY)

If you are between the ages of 12-17, then this class is for you! It’s meant to be fun, challenging and experimental- incorporating aspects from all yoga styles to keep up with your youthful energy. 

Great for all levels. Bring your voracious gaiety to this active and fun flow class.

 
 
 

UNDER THE SEA UNIVERSITY (SPECIALTY)

Need a break from studying, your roommate, or your exams? Join us for a gentle underwater experience that will help you forget your collegiate responsibilities (even if it's just for an hour). 

Great for all levels. Come unwind.

 
 
 

SEAFOAM SENIORS (SPECIALTY)

If you are over 65 and want to be apart of a community of like-minded peers, then we recommend this class! We love treating our senior clients especially, because there is so much wisdom to be gleaned from your practice. This class is a combination of all low-impact yoga styles to prevent injury.

Great for all levels. Perfect if you're injured, have a disability, trying to get back into shape, or just want to practice yoga and/or scuba later in life.
